Thorough cleaning requirements for dry fish feed production equipment: no residue, no damage. After shutdown, immediately turn off the power and wait for the equipment to cool to below 50℃ before starting cleaning to avoid burns. First, clean the remaining raw material in the feed hopper and wipe the feed inlet with a soft cloth to ensure no residue remains. Second, disassemble the die head and use a special cleaning needle to clear any remaining raw material from the die head orifices. For example, when cleaning a 1mm fish fry feed die head, use a 1mm cleaning needle and gently insert it into the orifices to ensure each orifice is unobstructed, preventing uneven feed output in the next production run.


Component Inspection Requirements: Promptly detect wear and malfunctions in the Dry fish feed pellet extruder machine. After cleaning, a comprehensive inspection of core components is required: Check the screw threads for wear and deformation. If the screw threads are worn more than 2mm or deformed, replace them immediately, otherwise it will affect the extrusion pressure and expansion effect; check the wear-resistant bushings on the inner wall of the extrusion chamber for smoothness. If scratches or wear are found, replace the bushings; check the die orifice for deformation and the sealing surface for integrity. If the belt is aged, replace it; if the tension is insufficient, adjust it. For example, if slight wear is found on the screw threads, apply food-grade high-temperature lubricating oil to reduce friction damage during the next run.


Maintenance Requirements: Extend the service life of the Dry Type fish feed pellet processing machine. Perform targeted maintenance based on equipment operating time: Change the lubricating oil in the drive motor, screw bearings, and other transmission components every 500 hours to ensure smooth transmission; replace the wear-resistant bushing in the extrusion chamber every 1000 hours; replace the screw every 2000 hours. When the equipment is idle for an extended period, thoroughly clean the interior, apply a layer of food-grade anti-rust oil to the surfaces of metal parts such as the screw and extrusion chamber to prevent corrosion, and cover the equipment with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering. For example, before shutting down for the Spring Festival holiday, a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance should be completed, and anti-rust oil should be applied to ensure normal startup and operation after the holiday.
